By using the website, you agree to be bound by the terms of this legal notice. The Website service is only available while the user is connected to the Website or any of its provided services. 1. PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL E INDUSTRIAL

INNKIA is the owner of the source code, navigation structure, database, content, and graphic design of the website www.innkia-ai.com, including menus, navigation buttons, texts, images, textures, and graphics (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Contents’). INNKIA has the necessary authorisation for the use of these elements, and the user is not granted any exploitation rights recognised by current intellectual property regulations on these elements, except those that are strictly necessary for the use of the Website.

Trademarks: all products and company names mentioned herein are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Access to the website does not confer any rights over the aforementioned trademarks, trade names, and/or distinctive signs.

2. CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE

1. GENERAL

The user agrees to use the Website in compliance with the law and this Legal Notice. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in liability to INNKIA or third parties for any resulting damages.

• The use of any word, graphic or mixed brand or any other distinctive sign of INNKIA on the sender’s page is prohibited, except in cases permitted by law or expressly authorised by INNKIA. In such cases, a direct link to the website is permitted as established in this clause.

• The page that establishes the link must comply with the law and may not provide or link to its own or third-party content that: (i) Content that is illicit, harmful, or contrary to morals and good customs (such as pornographic, violent, or racist material) is prohibited; (ii) The text should not encourage or facilitate the creation of links to the website. ); (ii) could give the user a false impression that INNKIA subscribes to, endorses, adheres to, or in any way supports the ideas, statements, or expressions, whether legal or illegal, of the sender; (iii) are inappropriate or irrelevant to INNKIA’s activities, given the location, content, and subject matter of the sender’s webpage.

3. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

The existence of Linked Sites shall in no case presuppose the existence of agreements with those responsible for or owners of the same, nor the recommendation, promotion or identification of INNKIA with the statements, contents or services provided.
INNKIA is not responsible for any damage caused by the unlawful, low-quality, outdated, unavailable, erroneous, or useless contents and/or services of the Linked Sites. INNKIA does not have knowledge of the contents and services of the Linked Sites. Any damage that is not directly attributable to INNKIA is also not its responsibility.
